This is my gg grandmother, Rebecca (Wheeler) Snelgrove, b 10 July 1817, d 30 March 1864. Her husband was Abraham b 1804, d 1876. She was only 47 when she died, two months after giving birth to her eleventh child, Simeon. The photo is a bit fuzzy. It was probably taken shortly after photography was invented.
